Even though the name indicates that you would only take it during Winter, this is a great bath to use at any time of the year. It is uplifting and helps open up sinuses. I like to take it when I have sinus congestion or a cold. This is definitely one of my favorite recipes and I hope that you enjoy it!

1/2 cup Epsom salt
1/2 cup Sea salt
7 drops Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) essential oil
4 drops Lemon (Citrus limon) essential oil
3 drops Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus or Eucalyptus radiata) essential oil
1 drop Black Spruce (Picea mariana) essential oil

First mix salts together. Next add the essential oils. Mix well. Store in an 8 ounce jar. Use 2 ounces for 1 bath. Makes 4 baths.

Remember: Every body is different and it is possible to have a reaction to essential oils. If you are concerned about this, it is recommended that you do a skin patch test first before taking this bath. For more tips, check out the essential oils section on my Safety page.

If you try this bath, leave me a comment and let me know how you liked it.

Until next time…
